1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website at clensclean.com or using our cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.
2. Our Services
Clens Cleaning Services provides professional residential cleaning services in San Diego County, California, including recurring house cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and apartment cleaning. All services are performed by W2 employees of Clens Cleaning Services who are background-checked and trained to our standards.
3. Bookings and Scheduling
Service bookings are confirmed following a phone consultation where we discuss your home, preferences, and provide a quote. By confirming a booking, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your home and its condition
- Ensure safe access to your home at the scheduled time
- Secure or remove pets as reasonably requested
- Pay for services at the agreed rate
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We ask for at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a late-cancellation fee to compensate our team members for lost work time. We reserve the right to waive this fee at our discretion for genuine emergencies.
5. Come-Home-Happy Guarantee
Every Clens clean is backed by our free re-clean promise: if something isn't right within 24 hours of your clean, we will return and fix it at no charge.
For weekly and biweekly members on their first visit, we offer our Come-Home-Happy Guarantee: if you're not satisfied after a re-clean, we will refund your first visit and provide a $50 credit toward finding a service that is the right fit.
Conditions: The Come-Home-Happy Guarantee applies to first visits only, for weekly and biweekly recurring members, on homes that are in well-kept condition at the time of service. It does not apply to one-time, deep cleaning, or move-out services. See full details at clensclean.com/guarantee.
6. Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as communicated during booking. Prices quoted are based on the information provided; actual pricing may vary if home conditions differ materially from what was described.
7. Liability
Clens Cleaning Services maintains general liability insurance. In the event of damage caused by our team, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will work with you to resolve the issue reasonably.
We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, damage to improperly secured items, or any indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.
8. Website Use
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not use it to transmit harmful, offensive, or unauthorized content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or engage in any activity that could damage or impair our website or services.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on clensclean.com, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Clens Cleaning Services and may not be reproduced without written permission.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
